- SC Helene (DR-4829) missing. Needs a supplementary OpenFEMA pull added to response-gap-helene.
- No time series. Everything here is 2024 events. A 2010–2024 national view needs its own pull.
- No FMR join. "Months of rent covered by IHP rental assistance" was cut pending HUD FMR data by metro.
- No NFIP flood. Matters especially for western NC. Separate program, separate dataset.
- No Red Cross overlay yet. The
rc_opstable exists but is empty in this pull.
